The location is great, the apartment located right in the center of the city, close to any facilities needed. I appreciated the fact that the breakfast was included and the host was kind while the room was very clean.

The personnel is perfect (24 hours online, I had late check-in at 22.00, and the owner came exactly at 22.00). The location is at the corner of the main street/square - the very very center.
The only thing that the property needs - there is neither kettle nor gas stove, thus you have to go somewhere to eat - you can't even have a tea at the property. but to be fair - the property says about it from the start of booking, they say that the breakfast is available in the cafeteria next door.

I made this reservation after a sudden change in travel plans around noon and immediately messaged, emailed and sent a WhatsApp message to the property. Although my message was viewed at 12:39, I got no response. I arrived at the property as I had announced at 14:00 and there was no one to meet me. I had to wait in torrid heat for more than one hour. When the host arrived, he told me the accommodation I had booked was sub-standard and wanted to move me to another guest house 10 minutes away with no AC! I had chosen this place for it’s close proximity to the train station and wasn’t prepared to go further. I read this had happened in many other reviews. The “room” was ridiculous - a couch bed with filthy upholstery that, when opened, occupied the entire space. A barely functioning AC unit. And a bathroom so small I had to squeeze e through a 25cm space past the sink to get to the toilet. And NO toilet paper. On a positive note, I asked for and received a late checK-out.
