Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Wir haben zu Fuß verschiedene Gastrobetriebe und einen Supermarkt erreicht, hatten unmittelbar den Bahnhof in der Nähe. Weiters ist die Gemeindealpe fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in nicht einmal 10 Minuten in Mariazell. Unser' Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Bett war auch sehr angenehm und man konnte gut und entspannt schlafen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wurden sehr nett empfangen und hat auch alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt - verschiedene Säfte, Kaffee, Tee, Heiße Schokolade, Gebäck, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Gemüse, Joghurt, Obst, verschiedene Ei-Gerichte. Es gibt auch einen Selbstversorger-Raum, wo man verschiedene Getränke und Snacks (Nüsse, Chips) käuflich erwerben kann. Weiters gibt es einen Wellness-Bereich, den wir nicht beurteilen können, da wir fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.
Wenn wir etwas "negatives" suchen würden, wäre es der zu kleine Kühlschrak (leider grundsätzliches Problem von Hotels) und obwohl wir nicht zum fernsehen da waren, wäre die Möglichkeit zum Streamen super, da die "normalen" Fernsehprogramme einfach schrecklich sind.

Whirlpool/kleines Pool, Fitnessstudio im Wellnessbereich wäre toll, um das Angebot abzurunden.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut hat mit der kleinen Kühlschrank gefallen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich auch die Getränke.
Personal war sehr freundlich.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice wellness facilities
PETS are allowed based on filtering the room options, but you shall not expect real dog-FRIENDLY services (only a water bowl and a small mat, the limitedly available dog-tolerating room has hard floor). In fact extra charges apply which are not communicated transparently before finalizing your booking (15 EUR for cleaning after dog, plus 30 EUR room surcharge. Unforeseen extra costs for no real service in return.
