Clean rooms, secure parking

The bartender guy needs a customer service lesson. I was 30 min early for check in, after driving all day the rude bartender guy (youngish bloke) didn’t look up, just yelled out from the bar that check in opens in half an hour in a patronising tone, said to come back later in a manner to say get lost. I then showed at for dinner 1 min before the official dinner time, the same guy was working he said three times, we don’t start dinner until 5pm (or whatever the time was), even through it was 4:59. I answered three times that there is 1 minute to go I am happy to wait the 60 seconds.

Very good

The staff ladies that we met were truly lovely and very helpful and their attention to our needs was first class. The food was first class and 😋😋😋 and we plan to get some more on our return trip. We'll be back soon.

The noise from the other visitors. But given the time of the year (many people travelling for the holidays) this was to be expected.

Easy check in, good service, great room.

Clean, tidy, efficient check in and spacious room.

I would have liked a room in the inner courtyard as I felt a little unsafe with some unsavoury looking characters hanging about outside when we arrived.

Don't be throw off by appearances. Room was clean and comfortable. A nice swimming pool .

No breakfast but the dinner was fantastic. Prawn bucket was huge and only $25 Aussie or roughly $18 US. Boiled in the shell. Yummy, with cheesy garlic naan and a salad. A la carte.

The setting of the hotel was a little rough looking. Reminded me of a stockade under siege. Most of the rooms were in back behind a large solid steel wall surrounding them. Opened by a room card.

Food was good, studio rooms great for family stay, beds really comfortable, kids enjoyed the pool.

Location great for stopover when travelling between Perth and Monkey Mia. Used the pool, had food in the restaurant, good vibe for families. Rooms were clean and beds were really comfortable.

I would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good. I had grilled fish and chips and the fish was fresh and tasty. Got a coupon for a free drink on check-in, so my generous glass of chardonnay was on the house! My room was very pleasant, despite the outside appearance,

The outside of the separate building the rooms are in is dingy and dreary. When I parked outside my room, I thought I had made a big mistake, but inside the room was clean, pleasant and appeared newly remodeled. The $200 (AUD) security deposit was a little off-putting - made me wonder what kind of clientele they get - but it was refunded the same day I checked out, so it wasn't a problem.

Very negative feedback. Would not recommend.

nothing was as per we saw online. Management was very disorganised. Airconditionning were being serviced throughout the rooms of the building and they could not check us in properly. Instead the room we got was still under maintenance and I had to call them to change the room.

property was dirty. spiders crawling on the bed inside the room. had to call the receptionist in the evening to come and check it. Cleanliness level is very poor. Both my partner and I started being itchy soon after we walked into the room.

Late booking and arrival. Staff contacted us to arrange check-in but were still at reception.

The beds were comfortable with fresh linen, tea and coffee facilities provided .Toiletries provided. Large towels were great.

rooms need upgrading, they have been partially upgraded. Bathroom has been done. The shower is a fixed rainhead with no adjustment. additional hand held shower head would have been great for short people.

Amazing stay, excellent customer service, both at reception and the restaurant. Amazing rooms, can’t recommend enough!

Location was great, very secure with card access. Very clean with all amenities. Aircon in both rooms,TV in both rooms. Bathroom was amazing! Clean and spacious. The beds were one of the best I have slept in. Just what I need after an 8 hour drive. Restaurant was really nice ,the food was great with even better service. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. 10/10 ( Family of 5)

door slams at night. we were in family room number 3. the big gate to get into the complex slams when people come in. we got woken up when everyone comes in

The bath towels all smelt mouldy and reception was closed so we could not request replacements One of the beds was broken
