Staff - very kind and tried within what they could; although got impression never escalated major issue (Wi-Fi)
Room - fantastic, very good use of space and nice bathroom facilities
Wi-Fi: virtually unuseable (continuous log off, certificates that wouldn't resolve, slow bandwidth) - if not for staff trying I would discount an entire 5 points for this.

Very good, helpful and professional receptionist, free parking spots.
Room 202, No heating, no TV remote control, frosted water in the morning, broken toilet button, very short reception service time, unlighted parking area, micro-size room.
