The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming in particular Ms. Valentina :-) The garden with the panoramic view was very nice too.

It was just wonderful! Gorgeous views, beautiful and quiet string overlooking the Adriatic. The staff were absolutely brilliant and so accommodating and friendly! I would recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to anyone!

I wish I could have stayed longer.

First of all: this was probably the best place in years.. Instantly after our arrival we were greeted with smiles and an invitation for the lunch, which was pure dolce vita and the thing we were looking forward to so badly.. When we lost our key at night, they were instantly there within 3 mins to help us out and asking if we are ok.. The location itself on the hillside of San Benedetto del Tronto is not just panoramic, it is majestic to say the least and truly shows you what this lovely region in Italy is all about: The beauty of life!! Thank you so much and hope to be back soon!! XxX

La Panoramica is near the city center, only 10 minutes with the car. There is really nice view.

Everything was great.

The pool, the view, the food and the wonderful staff. I loved seeing everyone at breakfast and for drinks in the evening over the most magnificent view.

The room was very big and spacious. It is very modern. Breakfast was excellent

The hotel was closed!!!!!!!! They opened a room for us to stay but we were the only guests! We booked because there was a restaurant on site that served dinner and breakfast but when we got there we were told the hotel was not open and there were no services. We were the only quests in the entire place/ The ability to have meals without having to drive somewhere was the only reason we booked here. Nothing was mentioned on the site. No where did it say on the site that the hotel was closed.
