-من سنين وانا ازور هذا الفندق ، حصلت سقطة كبيرة من موظفي الاستقبال شالوا فرشة الاسنان وانكروها ان ماعندهم ، مع التشحذ ومكالمات كذا شخص طلعت موجودة عندهم ولكن عند الطلب مايحطونها بالغرفة ، لو قلنا عندك نقص ماتنكر وجودها ابدا ولكن اللي صار خطأ كبير
-بعض الغرف المكيف عطلان يطلع اصوات خاصة وقت النوم، باختصار مايسوون صيانة لكل الغرف ، انا سالتهم من اول الحجز عن المكيف لكن مصرين بالانكار بدل تبديل الغرفة
-مافي مخدات مريحة ، بعض الاسرة مو بس غير مريحة مصيبة للظهر وفيها انحنائات
-المواقف تحت الارض محدودة جدا وغير مضمونه ، وباي لحظة تحط سيارتك برا الله يعينك على حرارة الشمس والصيف بهذي المدينة الباردة جدا
-بعض الغرف الستاير ماتغطي الشمس بشكل كامل
-they removed dental kit from rooms as used to do before, costs pennies (literally ) no jokes , they provide it when you ask them and some of them will deny having it
-not cost effective
