Закуската, без да е нещо изобилно, имаше всичко необходимо- препечени филии, кроасани, яйца, колбаси и
напитки, напълно задоволителна за семейството ми. Местоположението е добро- близко е всичко в град, като
Добринище, чистотата в къщата е на много добро ниво.
Доколкото бяхме в малък апартамент /тип студио/- малък хол, предверие и спалня, добре би било да има кошче
за отпадъци и вътре в стаите, а не само в тоалетната. Не е оплакване, а само препоръка.

Banyo o kadar dardı ki, lavabo ile klozet arasına girmek ustalık istiyordu.
Yataklar alçaktı ve şilte inceydi.

No staff member was present during our entire stay, and no one spoke to us the whole time.
The outdoor hot tub is nice, but it was closed during our stay and there was no staff around to ask about it.
The room is large and has beautiful balconies, but it is unpleasantly designed. The shower is right next to the toilet with no partition, so when you shower, everything gets completely wet and there is no way to dry it. It is very unpleasant to take a shower. Also, there is no kettle in the room for coffee or tea.
The street where the hotel is located is unpleasant; there are many stray dogs and a slightly creepy atmosphere.
The breakfast is nice, but the filter coffee served is disgusting, and you have to pay an extra euro for an espresso. Bread is not served unless you ask for it, and there is no water. A weird experience.
When we left, we said goodbye to the person who served breakfast, and no one came to collect payment from us. Only later that day did they explain to us that the payment was directly through them and not through Booking, and we had to deal with the hassle of an international transfer and pay high fees.
