Host : was reachable for a last minutes check-in and was accommodating to allow a late check-out at 11:00pm by paying only 100 or 150php for every extra hours past the check out time. So I could stay longer in the room to take my night flight.
Location : about 7 min taxi from airport and a few min walk from most food center (9 min).
Security : Gate Guard followed by a Guard at the lobby.
Bed Comfort : 9.5/10 Best night of sleep i had so far from most places i sleep until now.
Wifi : 9/10 Remote work like a charm, not 10/10 because even I don't know what a 10/10 would feel like but 9/10 is excellent!!!
Room facilities : Bed, fridge, balcony with table, kitchen wares (basic could however), Microwave, Stove, a Big Water gallon bottle for plenty of water to drink, AC, and others....
Breakfast/food : N/A but you can order food or eat at nearby locations.
check-in : easy check-in/out
Nothing comes to mind right now about something to improve at this moment

Location was 5 min from Mactan Airport!
The shower was nice and warm. Thankful for the fully functioning air conditioning. Wifi worked great.
The accommodations did not provide hand towels to wipe your hands after washing for the bathroom or kitchen.
