A decent and pleasant hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The lobby boasts a restaurant and bar. Breakfast is included. The room itself was quite clean, with free Wi-Fi for hotel guests and essential toiletries.
In my opinion, the location of the hotel was not the most convenient, it was difficult to go anywhere on foot, a car was necessary. On a windy day, the window in my room was blown by the wind and that made noise.
When visiting Ust-Kamenogorsk, I recommend planning your transfer to and from the airport in advance, as the taxi situation in this city is not the best.
