Ein super ruhig gelegenes und top ausgestattetes Apartment mit allem was man braucht.Dachterrasse(auf 480m Seehöhe mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer), Küchenzeile,Mikrowelle, Kaffeeautomat mit Tabs,Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach,Waschmaschine und Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Fußläufig sind Supermarkt und die Restaurants und Cafes erreichbar. Es gibt auch eine Tankstelle in Baunei. Der Hausherr war sehr Hilfsbereit mit jeder Menge Tipps zu Ausflügen, Veranstaltungen und Restaurants rund um Baunei und Santa Maria Navarese. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und unkompliziert beim Check in, obwohl wir spät Abends angekommen sind. Danke für die schöne Zeit, jederzeit wieder!

Sistemazione ottimale per una famiglia con uno o due figli; l’appartamento è carino, dotato di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno sereno, ma questo dovrebbe essere scontato quando si affitta. Ma a Villa Maddalena ci sono tre cose in più, molto importanti: 1) la bellissima terrazza, che può diventare un vero e proprio soggiorno a cielo aperto; 2) il parcheggio coperto, comodissimo in un paese con le stradine strette come Baunei; 3) il fantastico Gianpriamo, un padrone di casa super accogliente ma discreto. Aggiungiamo la bellezza dei luoghi tutto intorno e abbiamo ciò che occorre per un soggiorno perfetto.

Partiamo dal fatto che host è fantastico! Appassionato della sua terra ti conduce per mano alla scoperta del territorio. Ti senti a casa.
Posizione fantastica e appartamento con terrazza meraviglioso!
Questa zona è assolutamente da scoprire, offre diverse possibilità...soprattutto chi vuole anche qualcosa di diverso..trekking, bici, cavalli ..
