The hotel’s location is very convenient, especially because it is close to the train station. We were also upgraded to a larger bed room for free. The room was modern, very clean, and equipped with a washer dryer combo, which was extremely convenient during our trip. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby offered complimentary coffee and juice. There were also many restaurant choices nearby, and both ancient towns were easy to reach by taxi.
The only minor downside was that the hotel is a little far from the city center, although it is still easy and affordable to get there by taxi.

the room is good and functional
2 small lifts for so many rooms is not good and creates a lot of problem within hotel
commuting .
front staff not quick enough. very poor check in. people need more training.
