helpful staff. Clean spaces, good basic breakfast. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable.
We found that the "SPA" was only in name. We found only one small room where you could schedule a massage; we didn't use it.

Terral is only a block from the Vicuña Plaza de Armas, so very convenient to shopping, food, and drink. We parked in a locked lot a block away. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed. The bed was moderately comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
There was some street noise and noise from the hall when we first went to bed but not much. Bed could have been a bit more comfy.

The check-in person was a delight. I can't remember his name but I do remember that he ha a friend in CA, likes history and learning about wars and has a few US coins so we left him a various collection.
The heater didn't work that evening however the check-in amigo gave us another that worked great so not really a negative.

The location in central Vicuna was nice. The hot tub on the roof top was incredible and the bar area was really nice. The room was very spacious for two people. They did a good job with breakfast given the COVID restrictions.
They didnt clean our room often (but when they did it was great!). The food at the restaurant was very limited and not great. In fact in Vicuna itself not many options for food / dinner. The hotel is old, hasnt been maintained well. It says it is a 4 star hotel but without any of the 4 star features.
