Great accommodation, close to La Spezia (10 minutes by car). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is a small fridge. There is a nice swimming pool on the premises that can be used 24/7. Great experience and a great host. The accommodation is slightly up in the mountains, and there are some wonderful places to eat nearby, with really fair prices. Highly recommended!

Eravamo in 4 e la grandezza della camera era più che soddisfacente,pulizia della stessa molto buona e staff presente e disponibile . C'è la possibilità di farsi una grigliata con il barbecue e per finire c'era anche la piscina dove la figlia l'ha presa subito d'assalto .Bravi ...continuate così .
..tutto perfetto ,forse la mancanza di una TV .

Le stanze ampie e pulite con letti comodi. La disponibilità di chi ci ha accolto permettendoci di utilizzare lo spazio fuori per cucinare. Comodissimo anche avere a disposizione frigo in camera e macchinetta del caffè per la colazione. A poca distanza dalle 5 terre.

Der Vermieter & sein Sohn sind sehr nette Menschen, haben uns auch gute Tips für Ausflüge & Parken gegeben. Es war abends/nachts sehr ruhig und liegt nicht weit von La Spezia. Die Outdoorküche war gut, es war alles zum Kochen vorhanden.
Es ist wirklich eine günstige Option zu nächtigen, jedoch macht sich das auch wirklich beim Gebäude und den Zimmer(n) bemerkbar. Es ist alles schon sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Leider funktionierte die Abluft im Bad nicht, das vorhandene Fenster konnte man weder öffnen noch kippen.
