Big disappointment!

Swimming pool was nice.

The host screwed up, got us the wrong (dark and small) room and did not show up to solve it so we more or less had to settle things ourselves. She did offer compensation but it was never paid out. Totally unreliable. Would not recommend.

Good

Good, quiet place with big garden, pool and everything you need indoors and outdoors. Very nice owner, was very reliable, polite and prompt.

Complicated procedure for booking. You have to print and sign a five sites long rental contract, that you get per Email. Then scan it when it's signed an e-mail it back. The whole thing is written in a subject-technical french, which makes it difficult to understand, if your french is not perfect. Mine is good enough for easy daily talks, but i had to ask a french friend for translation for this. Just to sign a contract like this without understanding it, seems a too big risk for me. Then additionaly no cards are accepted. You have to send a partial payment in advance per bank transfer. This all is much to time-wasting and complicated for me. Personally i would not book there again because of it, even if the place and people are ok.

Soggiorno deludente e alloggio non conforme alle foto/informazioni di Booking

Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato numerosi problemi: la luce della camera da letto non funzionava, non erano disponibili sacchetti per la spazzatura e la porta finestra non si chiudeva correttamente, creando una seria preoccupazione per la sicurezza dei nostri effetti personali. Anche la pulizia era insufficiente: sulle lenzuola abbiamo trovato capelli e piccoli residui di sporco. Inoltre, il materasso di uno dei divani letto era in pessime condizioni e inadatto a garantire un riposo confortevole. Dopo la prima notte sono emerse ulteriori criticità. L’aria condizionata, che secondo quanto indicato nell’annuncio ci aspettavamo fosse disponibile in ogni stanza, non era presente in tutti gli ambienti. Nel bagno mancava inoltre una ventola di aspirazione. Abbiamo segnalato tempestivamente tutti i problemi e chiesto di essere trasferiti in un’altra sistemazione più conforme alle caratteristiche e allo standard attesi. La receptionist, pur essendo gentile, ci ha comunicato che tutte le altre sistemazioni erano occupate e ha inoltrato la nostra richiesta al proprietario. Quest’ultimo ha risposto che, a suo parere, l’annuncio era corretto, che non avrebbe potuto fare altro e che comprendeva la nostra eventuale decisione di lasciare l’alloggio. L’aspetto per noi più grave è che, nonostante l’impossibilità di risolvere i problemi e di offrirci una sistemazione alternativa, non ci è stato concesso alcun rimborso, neppure per le notti che non avremmo utilizzato. Avevamo pagato in contanti all’arrivo e avevamo chiesto una soluzione equa, almeno attraverso il rimborso delle notti residue, ma la struttura non ha accolto la richiesta e non ci ha proposto alcuna compensazione concreta. Segnaliamo inoltre che al momento del check-in non ci sono stati richiesti i documenti di identità e che, per il pagamento effettuato, non ci è stata rilasciata alcuna fattura. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata decisamente negativa.
