Our stay at Aloha Hills Club was amazing, we are a family of four, our daughters are 13 and 9.
The resort is in a great location around 15 minutes to Puerto Banus Marina, the apartment was very clean and spacious and easily accessed via stairs or a lift.
All 4 pools were clean and warm and lots of sun loungers, there wasn’t a day we couldn’t get a sun lounger and some days where the pools further away from the restaurant and main pool had no one where or very little people.
The food at the restaurant was very good quality and always fresh, we never had a bad meal, and the pizzas and Chicken Caesar Salad were our favourites and the staff at the restaurant and in concierge were so happy and helpful.
There wasn’t much we didn’t like, only negatives were the showers were occasionally cold and could do with an update and the sun loungers could have been a bit comfier because they had a metal frame, but wouldn’t put us off going back again.

Perfect hotel for a stay with friends. The apartments are spacious and were very clean. The facilities were all great & the pool bar had a great selection of food & cocktails and the staff at the pool bar were wonderful.
You are quite far away from everything and nothing is really a walk away. I would recommended getting the welcome shop as otherwise, getting to a shop is tricky. Otherwise, everything is a taxi ride away. The staff also could have been more helpful. My friends got locked out of their apartment as the key was not working but the staff told them just to keep wiggling it and no one could help as the maintenance man was off. Not really the response you want when you're locked out and cannot get into your apartment!

Not sure if we liked anything about it to be honest!
- Very far from everything. You need a taxi for getting around. You can't walk to any place and even having a car the drive is very far to reach anything so get ready to spend a few hundred Euros extra on Taxis and Ubers.
- The key to the gates didn't work well and had to keep pressing it many times. Went to the concierge to ask for replacement, he said the key was working perfectly which it was not! A couple of times we waited at the gate until someone opened for us. Not good!!
- You only collect the key at the gate, nobody goes with you to show anything around or explain you anything, and you actually get lost in the urbanisation.
- The elevator was very old, noisy and scary.
- The apartment had lot of pillows, cushions and unused furniture around the house which made it look messy.
- Drinks at the bar were very poor. The smoothies were tasteless (7Euros for a smoothie that had no taste).
- Windows could no be closed properly.
