The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.
We specifically booked this accommodation because the description and photos showed balconies or terraces on the apartments. We were given one of the few without either, an upstairs apartment with no direct access to outside. When I asked about it I was told they would stick a chair on our downstairs neighbours patio!!!! Less than helpful.
