La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica, forse un po' scomoda per i parcheggi, ma il periodo in cui siamo stati coincideva con una manifestazione alla Rocca Maggiore per cui la strada di accesso dove c'erano i parcheggi gratuiti era chiusa
Purtroppo essendo estate, per avere un po' di fresco abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte, ma dal ristorante nei pressi c'era baccano fino tardi, il vicino fino alle 2 di notte della prima notte guardava il televisore a tutto volume e il tutto era amplificato dai vicoli stretti.

Byt bol veľmi priestranný a čistý, navyše má dve krásne vyhliadkové terasy nad mestom. vyhovovala nám veľká a priestranná kuchyňa a zároveň obývacia miestnosť. Byt je priamo v centre, kúsok za bazilikou San Rufino. Parkovanie je kúsok chôdze pod hradbami, nie priamo na mieste. Majiteľ bol veľmi milý a ochotný.
Mohlo by byť lepšie vybavenie kuchyne a rýchlovarná konvica:-)

Roberto ein zuvorkommender Mann, empfängt seine Gäste, zeigt die Wohnung und erklärt den Gasherd und die Mülltrennung. Es gab ein Unwetter mit Stromausfall in der ganzen Stadt. Roberto war besorgt und besuchte uns mit einer Lichtquelle. Die Wohnung ist sehr speziell. In der Wohnung gibt es einige Ebenen zu bewältigen. Keine Wohnung für Gehbehinderung. Der Ausblick vom verglasten Zimmer unter dem Dach ist toll. Die Terrasse ein Traum. Leider konnte ich wegen des schlechten Wetter und oftmaligen Sturm die Terrasse nicht nutzten. Daran ist der Wettergott Schuld und nicht Robertos Wohnung. Eine Parkplatzmöglichkeit ist vor dem Stadttor. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Roberto ist oft anwesend in seinem Büro im Erdgeschoß.

Owner very sweet. Mattress needs changing. No toiletries. Needs a revamp. No TV. Heating at night very poor nearly inexistent.
