The property was very well located. A two minute walk from the main bus station of Zadar, a two minute walk from a supermarket and mall, and a 5 minute walk from the beach. It’s right there on the Main Street so it’s easy to find even if you don’t carry your phone around. It’s also a 10 minute walk to the old city of Zadar with all the tourist attractions. There’s an extensive free guided walking tour also available 1.5 kms from the property.
The apartment I got was fully loaded with everything you expect to find in a proper home/kitchen. This was way different from hotels where you only have furniture. Easy access 24/7 to the apartment and pool. I would recommend this property as a rare gem. Oh, and the pool is heated which makes it comfortable to use even on relatively cool evenings.
The hosts were very kind and helpful. They were extremely accommodating and even provided a marked up map recommending important spots like restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and also areas with decent night life.

Lovely pool with ample loungers. Clean apartment, with outdoor seating. Good air con, with all required amenities (e.g. washing machine, big fridge, kettle, etc). Comfy bed. Friendly and welcoming staff, who made helpful suggestions and were responsive to queries.
The reason we gave a score of 9 is that parts of the apartment appeared slightly dated (e.g., the bathroom). However, the apartment completely met our needs. The location was a little walk outside of old town (roughly 20 minutes), but we chose this for the pool.

Great communication with the team, lovely room - super clean and comfy. 2 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the gates of Old Town. Pool very clean and well looked after.

The property was about 15 mins walk to the old town and just a few minutes to the beach. The pool was quiet and had it to ourselves luckily when we did use it. The garden was beautiful, and although next to a main road it wasn’t noisy. The facilities were great, although would have been helpful to have some detergent and more soap, but got some very cheap from the supermarket conveniently only 2 min walk away. The host was really lovely and helpful. Oh and the super cute kitten was lovely too. Would highly recommend.
Would be worth keeping soap and detergent stocked up, and a bit more cutlery. But really not a big deal at all.
