The staff were exceptional, helping me out with everything I could. I had to send packages back to my home country and had a few issues and was soon to fly out of the country but the staff truly did everything they could to help me out! The bed was also quite big which was nice. The place was near both a konbini and post office.
The property is a little bit far from the major hubs of shinjuku and shibuya requiring you to take at least 2 trains, however it is only just a short walk from the train station. The room is also small but nothing unbearable.

Very nice place with good location. It seems to be far away from the main attractions but it was nice to get away to the quieter neighbourhood. Moreover, the train station is very close, and you can get to Ikebukuro in 10 min.
We also like the availability of kettle, fridge, and kitchenware at the room. Despite we booked smoking room (only one available at the time of booking), there was no smell (and we really appreciated it as non-smokrers).
The place is seems to be rather old based on the state. Still, it's kept well.
