Ev sessiz ve merkezi bir konumdaydı. Japonya'da otel odalarının genel olarak küçük olmasına rağmen bu tesis makul büyüklükteydi. Evde çamaşır makinası ve gerekli tüm mutfak eşyaları da vardı.
Evde özellikle uzun süreli konaklamalarda kullanılacak bir elektrik süpürgesi olması gerekli. Yatak başı çok rahatsızdı ve sadece kişi başı bir adet yastık vardı

1.位於住宅區晚上很安靜。
2.整體乾淨整潔，衛浴設備稍微有點年份但用起來還蠻順的。
3.房間很大，真的要放的話足以放的下３,４個２８吋行李箱，樓梯蠻狹小搬運行李要很小心。
4.有提供洗髮,護髮,沐浴乳,洗衣粉,洗碗精等用品及簡單鍋具.微波爐。可以簡單烹調對我們想煮菜補充纖維質很有幫助。
1.從車站到民宿路上會經過汽車旅館及路邊攬客的業務，沒有影響到我們，但仍建議晚上至少２人結伴同行會比較安全。
2.鍋鏟筷子等都是塑膠製，鍋鏟握把的部分甚至有點融化的痕跡。當下使用超商的免洗筷替代避免塑膠融出有毒材質的疑慮，建議可以提供耐熱廚具～
3.浴室外腳踏墊無吸水功能較不習慣，自己放了一塊免洗浴巾替代。
