The front desk manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. There are three washing machines available for free, complete with detergent, and I didn't have to wait in line when I used them. There are restrooms and shower rooms on every floor, so I never had to queue. During my four-night stay, both the block and the neighboring rooms were very quiet. Both the hallway and the room have air conditioning. Although there is no passenger elevator, there is a luggage lift, so overall it wasn't much of a hassle for me. If you need to pack luggage or do a lot of shopping, I recommend booking a room for multiple occupants.
The hotel is very close to convenience stores and the subway station, especially the Fukutoshin Line. In the summer, you can walk through the subway underpass to avoid traffic lights and direct sunlight. Although the air conditioning in the underground passage isn't the strongest, it is still much better than walking above ground. All in all, it was a great experience.
there was some mold in the shower, it didn't affect its use, and a notice showed that they have scheduled a refurbish. The water temperature seemed a bit unstable on the fourth floor, but it was not a problem for summer use.

It is nice basic hotel with japanese style rooms and good location and reasonable prices. It's nothing extra but good for the price.
Soundproofing. This time was unlucky with noisy neighbours so wasn't very relaxed stay.

Very convenient location and grateful for all the amenities available. It was nice when other customers would clean up after themselves too. For the most part very clean and great experience for a Japanese style sleeping arrangement.
The only part I didn't like was seeing some mold here and there. Not the hotels fault but had issues with some other residents being messy and inconsiderate of others.
