The property is ideal for families with children. Having an onsite swimming pool was a great feature, and having year-round residents gave the place a genuine, authentic feel. The apartment owner is local and actively takes care of maintenance around the property. They are extremely warm-hearted hosts—the owner's wife even bought a thoughtful gift for my kids! The apartment is close to restaurants and shops (e.g., supermarket) and not far from the beach (walking distance).
I might have missed it in the information provided, but it wasn't clear to me in advance that swim caps are required or that the pool is closed on Tuesdays. It would be helpful if these details were highlighted more explicitly in the arrival instructions beforehand.

Bellissimo appartamento a pochi metri dal mare, ampio terrazzo al secondo piano con tavolo per mangiare, salottino relax e televisore esterno. Presenti tutti i confort.
Avrei preferito la presenza di tovaglie, canovacci e più utensili per la cucina, data la presenza di tanto mobilio lasciato vuoto. Piccole accortezze che farebbero la differenza ancora di più.
