The personelle

1) Hardly no one spoke English 2)Hilton Honors Desk? No one was available 3)The only hotel in China which could not exchange currency. FIRST TIME, after 16 years traveling to China 4)Dry cleaning service, in expectable. Worse then Chinese Laundry in USA 5)Very old hotel. The rooms smell. I left 2 DAYS EARLIER and checked in to another hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. The food at the restaurants is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

No good

The hotel is not up to the Hilton level. It is the level of VIENNA hotels. what can be said about the advantages 1) Placement 2) Sofa 3) Soundproofing.

And now to the downside, they couldn't refill the shampoo for two days, and on the last day they refilled the shampoo. Everything old is not very clean. upon arrival, our suitcases were not brought to the rooms and no one took them. The air conditioner worked very poorly in the morning with the temperature set at 19 degrees, it was hot to sleep. The shower is very weak. The air conditioners in the elevators did not work, it was hot, and the hotel lobby itself was hot.

very dirty room with terrible smell, lots of dust and dirt. All restaurants are closed after 23:00 and it is impossible to eat or drink anything. the staff is rude. breakfast does not match the level of the hotel.

Very good

Can't remember the name of the restaurant, but the one that has buffet is great! The location is quite close to the hub of activities on Golden Beach.

The outdoor pool is only available for a part of the year. Even though the weather was already hot, their immovable dates for opening the outdoor pool is unfortunate.

Not up to Hilton standards

- near the beer festival - comfortable beds - friendly staff

- 4 people serving 1 customer at desk so took a long time to talk to anyone - no room service after 10pm (despite the menu saying 24 hours) - leak in the ceiling of our room - swim caps required for outdoor pool - selective enforcement of rules (pool opens at 10am, some people have to wear swim caps, must sign in for pool use) - housekeeping walked in without knocking then left without closing the door - food was ok - pool was closed off around perimeter by plant baskets, only access from stairs. Stairs were blocked from all the kids - kids playing with water guns in the large pool (no rule enforcement)

Great weekend getaway at a beautiful property

Great hotel with good, not great, buffet breakfast. The dinner buffet was a much better meal in every way. The room was amazing - spacious, comfortable, and worthy of a 5 star rating. The staff were outstanding in every way.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown, especially when compared to the dinner buffet and comparing it to other breakfast buffets at high end hotels in Qingdao. The air conditioner was a bit of a challenge and our room was warm overnight, but then it suddenly started working in the early morning hours. The outdoor pool is closed, even though it clearly states on this site that it is open. This was out biggest disappointment.

Expensive, but so relaxing. We would definitely return.

On entering the hotel, I was met with oppulence beyond expectation. Check in was quick and the room was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and the service amazing, although there was quite a wait for food from alacarte menu. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

The queue for breakfast was long but the hotel were very accommodating and allowed some people to go up to the executive lounge.

Service was great since we stepped into the hotel, food was good whether it was room service or buffet. The staff was very friendly every day, gardens are beautiful to walk through and there is a private gate that puts you very close to Golden Beach.

Excellent value for money

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly. Health safety in terms of Covid 19 were excellent. There was hand sanitizers everywhere. The breakfast and the Dinner buffet was excellent. There were a variety of dishes that catered to non-meat eaters. Room service was very prompt. The pool and sauna areas were clean.
