Location meravigliosa con tanto spazio verde tutt'intorno, camera spaziosa, silenziosa con letto comodo e ottima colazione in un bar a 5 minuti di auto.
Assolutamente consigliato.
Per dare un suggerimento più che una vera a propria critica direi di implementare l'illuminazione esterna un po' carente alla sera!

Very comfy bed, very big room and separate sitting area. Cleanliness and views around the location. Very quiet.
No one there to meet us. In fact no one there at all during our stay. We were supposed to pay the vendor but ended up doing it a few hours later once we called them because no one was at the accommodation to pay.
The advert says 'Bed and Breakfast' but that is untrue. A voucher for Euro4 per person to drive 6 mins to a local village for a pastry and hot drink is NOT BREAKFAST!! We had to pay extra at the cafe.
This place is missing a trick. Great location but the rest is not utilised to its best potential and no breakfast is not what was expected. Communication with the owner (?) was via WhatApp messages but nothing in person.

La struttura esternamente si presenta molto bene. Molto d'impatto il viale d'ingresso.

Ok aria condizionata.
Ci ho soggiornato una notte il 2 Agosto scelto dopo aver letto le recensioni che, però, sempre più sono il sintomo di quanto la gente si stia abituando alla mediocrità e al pressappochismo.
Scarsa l'accoglienza (bisogna chiamare il gentilissimo proprietario perché non si capisce da che parte girarsi per entrare).
Camera e bagno enormi (matrimoniale deluxe con bidet)... peccato per i MOLTI capelli neri che abbiamo trovato a terra in camera, nel bagno e nel vetro della doccia.
No tv e no colazione in loco ma da consumarsi in un bar esterno a Saludecio o Mondaino mediante buono di euro QUATTRO a persona (della serie cappuccino e brioche e punto).
WiFi free presente ma decisamente lenta.
Doccia... acqua scarsa e tiepidina (grazie al cielo fa caldo).
