room were well lit and spacious and staff was kind , very polite. I am happy with the stay. I did not had breakfast here but its very centrally located.
I made some minor request to the hotel staff but they were either too busy or not available to get back despite few reminders.

Breakfast was very good. The spread was amazing and lots of choice was there. Most items were also very tasty. Location was good too, not too far from most places that we wanted to visit. Staff were exceptional in their service and behaviour.
Our first room had water dripping from the ac ducts. We called maintenance to repair that. I fell on that water and ended up on the floor hurting my back. The duty manager and doctor came to our room to help and we were moved from there to a suite which was great until that room started leaking water from the ceiling too! It was repaired and the staff took extra care for us as a result however it is not what we would expect from a 5 star hotel!

Good is good, staff is responsive however a lot of them seem very inexperienced
Mini fridge not working in the room, health faucet in the toilets next to reception not working, overall the upkeep can be better

Ac wasn’t working properly also at the breakfast multiple times we had to request for things
