Katerina and the staff at the dive centre were great! Had two dives in one day: reef dive with Bagong and the afternoon dive at Kubu with Komang. The reef dive was a bit tough as the currents were strong but the afternoon dive was pleasant.
My room was comfy, clean, nicely designed and the shower had plenty of hot water. The staff were pleasant as well.
The food was so-so, except for the waffle potatoes and banana pancake, which were tasty.
Noisy, rude German guests at either bungalow 20 or 21, who ruined my last night at the resort, talking loudly behind my bathroom (think they were drinking) and making noise from 10pm to 1am. Tried calling the front desk for security but no one picked up and no security patrol. Please implement quiet hours from 10pm so those who need to wake up early can rest quietly.
Also, the massage at the spa was supposed to be 60 mins but the masseuse cut it short to around 45/50 mins. It was pricey for the quality- had a better massage in Ubud for half of the price.

Very disappointed with the breakfast buffet & à la carte menu. Extremely small serves & lacked presentation
