Clean with a comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Host very helpful prior to our visit. Free car parking on site. Easy to access property with instructions provided. Good bus services a 3 minute walk away, although it didn’t run later in the evening so we had a 15 minute walk back after we walked into Bournemouth along the beach.

Room was as described. Smallish but good enough for our purpose. It was nicely decorated and relatively modern.
The bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke and when I wiped something of the kitchen floor with a damp white cloth was extremely dirty. Further wiping of the floor with the damp cloth revealed the floor was extremely dirty and definitely had not be cleaned.
