Exceptional

Sea view, almost next to the hotel there is a small supermarket, which is very nice. I recommend the beach near the hotel only for lovers of crowded beaches and umbrellas. For others, I recommend driving about 10 minutes outside the city, where there is a beautiful deserted romantic beach with almost no people (only a few tourists and locals who wander in). Beautifully clean hotel, daily room cleaning. Small enough kitchen unit. Everything perfect.

On the balcony, instead of the sound of the sea, you can hear the hum of the air conditioner from the roof of the nearby hotel.

Excellent stay in Guest House Pržno Bay! My room was spacious, full of light and very stylish. I also appreciate balcony with the sea view. Breakfast was very rich, the staff was paying attention to all our needs. We also liked the dinner with fish they offered to us - all for very reasonable price. In general the stuff was very friendly. Always caring and attentive to our needs. They even borrowed us umbrellas for the beach :) House is located near the sea and the supermarket is just around the corner. I can highly recommend this accomodation for future travellers.

Only children and seniors can be careful not to keep them on the upper floors.

To summarise, the apartment that was advertised on booking with pictures was not what we got.

The apartment was close to the beach, the living room was big and spacious. The apartment was air conditioned and clean. They had easy access to the apartment, elevator from garage to apartment. The supermarket was 2 minutes away.

We paid for sea view and two double beds which we didn't get and was not refunded or compensated in any way for. The owner was very rude and inconsiderate, was shouting with us, telling us if we don't like it we can go somehwere else, even the cleaning ladie was more professional than the owner of the apartment. Not friendly and welcoming at all. We didn't let this ruin our holidays but i would definitley avoid this place, for what we paid for was not worth it at all.

A nice place to stay at with great view over the sea

The hotel is close to the beach, however, there are nicer beaches than the nearest one (sunbeds are quite expensive). Overall, Przno is a good location to explore nearby towns (Budva, Sveti Stefan). The staff are very pleasant and helpful and will give you recommendations, if needed. The hotel is clean and we had a nice view over the sea with a great sunset. Breakfast options are decent. There is a small market next door to get drinks, snacks, and other necessities.

Parking is not guaranteed. The bed was quite uncomfortable as you could easily feel the springs in the mattress.

The location of the accommodation is good and close to the nice beaches around. Walking distance from restaurants. Sea view from the apartment was nice as well. Breakfast was ok.

The first room had some bird nest on the balcony which resulted in not so pleaser view and smell. Once we changed the room we got studio without bedroom and without curtains on the front wall so we literally woke up every morning at 6-7. Cleaning lady didn’t clean the room once for 5 nights only brought new towels. Rather disappointing for 4 star accommodation. It’s more like 2 star.

We didn't have breakfast even though we had it in our booking. The personnel dosen't speak English. We had to wait half an hour for checking in.

Enjoying the beautiful Pržno from this terrace...

Location is perfect, terrace with the sea view - outstanding, clean, hospitality is great on which we are most thankful. We will come back for sure...

It is very good, but not quite as modern as it looks like in photos. Lack of some essential furniture, like a simple shelf by the bed to put a phone or a water and not on the floor, or a night lamp. A few instant coffees or tea bags would be a normal to have for this price.
