Peaceful quiet location. Mike and Vicki were very friendly and helpful. A very good continental style breakfast with cereal and pastries.
A good spot for exploring this side of the island.
The nearby pub was very friendly, and served excellent food.
The only thing we found slightly annoying was there was no shelf or anywhere in the bathroom to put washbags, toothbrushes etc on!

The family room was very pleasant, with a comfortable and reasonably spacious twin room adjoining the double. Breakfasts were good, with a variety of foods on offer. The setting is delightfully quiet. The hosts are very helpful and friendly.
We expected to find someone around when we arrived, but the doorbells brought no response. It was really not a problem as we had been told our room number, and we met the host later

It’s a beautiful Old Victorian home that was a monastery at one point. I had a lovely room.. it’s walking distance to this absolutely beautiful national trust site called Tennyson down . I walked across the top two the needles and then the next day I walked into freshwater Bay ,absolutely stunning views.
I was using public transportation, and it was a bit difficult to get from the end of the bus line to the property . I telephoned the owners, and Mike came to pick me up, which was very very lovely of him.

Mike and Vicky were very welcoming and helpful. Quiet location. Breakfast was good. Parking close to house. Bathroom VG.
Would have liked a lounge area to sit in and double bed was small
