The staffs are excellent! Very polite, professional, accommodating and prompt. Toilet and shower is great.
The property is not clean, the furnitures inside the room needs to be cleaned, as well as the couches. I can find dusts from the furnitures everywhere.

The resort is very spread out so nothing felt terribly crowded. Our room was spacious and on a corner of the highest guest room floor, so it was quiet. There was a huge wrap-around balcony with lots of space to dry out our SCUBA gear. The gym is SUPER!
The airconditioner was not really powerful enough to keep the large room with floor to ceiling windows cool. The tile floors were not really clean. Our feet were black after walking on it just for a brief period. The Japanese restaurant was very good and the lobby bar had a good selection of liquor and knowledgeable bar tenders. The room we were assigned didn't really match the photos that were provided to illustrate the room type. If you want one of the ground floor rooms by the smaller pool, be sure to inquire specifically.
