An excellent hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Our son was kindly given a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Parking was easy, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging our excursions. Weather was bad so no view of the volcano..
I like all but if I have to say something it would be that there is no lift, and although the breakfast was really tasty, it could be a little more varied and slightly more generous. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you like staying in La Fortuna center, it is a great location.
The room had two flaws for me. It was small with no windows. It felt as if I was inside a box. The floor had levels with as much as 10 inches drop between them. I almost fell a couple of times.
