The booking was easy. The keypad system for the doors was great.
It was lovely and quiet and nice and warm.
The room was immaculate. Bottled water and coffee etc was great.
Very clean room. Fantastic comfortable bed ( one of the best beds I've ever slept in ) and lovely quality pillows and bedding.
View from room 18 wasn't very nice as it was at the back of building. However that didn't spoil the overall experience.

The Norton is just what we need. Close to where we need to visit in Hartlepool, right next to the sea where my daughter meets fellow sea swimmers in the mornings and there are well-equipped kitchens.
It's sometimes a faff having all the codes but it does mean we can come and go as we please.

Just all the little touches, towel scultures on all beds, spotless, soaps, Netflix account signed in already, everything you need! Thank you for all those efforts you guys made, made the week perfect!
