Easy to access, the views of the canals are amazing and the place is big and comfy. Location is the best.
And extra AC in the main room in summer could have been good. But not bad at all.

Excellent location overlooking the canal and easy (7minute) walk to st marks square. 2 minutes walk to Rialto bridge.
Very spacious apartment. Both bedrooms were a very good size.
Nowhere to hang coats or towels.
Two double beds which wasn’t so great for my children having to share a bed but perfect for couples.

Location was excellent, it was spacious, well equipped and we had gondolas passing by. The shop just outside had good coffee so I’m told

The location was fantastic, super central to everything! It was also really spacious.
I’m not that picky but it was just not clean!!
The duvets on the beds had only a sheet over the top, not a proper cover and they were stained with all sorts. Probably had been washed but the stains just made me uncomfortable!!
The shower hadn’t been cleaned- there was still shampoo blobs in there from previous occupants.
Also the coffee cups in the cupboard still had coffee drips on the sides like they had been swilled but not cleaned.
Just generally got a riffy feeling about the place. Real shame!
