We love the place in general. The location is great: a walk away from the beach. The pool is beautiful and the lounge chairs around it are comfortable and inviting. The surrounding is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The entrance door to the penthouse had problem to open and close. Some in the group felt that the bedding were a little dusty, possibly due to allergies.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the surroundings are impeccable. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you with any inquiries or needs. I’m definitely planning to return for a longer stay.
I would like to provide you with a recommendation: I suggest that you verify that all the air conditioners are working at their maximum capacity, particularly those located in the rooms. Unfortunately, the air in the room we occupied did not cool as expected. However, rest assured that the staff will take care of fixing it promptly.

I liked how ample of space the 2 bedroom apartment had and adequate bedding.
We stayed in I4 and the kitchen was infested with little cockroaches. I requested to be changed hotel rooms and nothing was done. Also, the front door did not lock whatsoever and our belongings were left unsecured when we were out in town. I brought to the attention of management but was barely offered solutions. They sent a lady to “clean” the bug problem but the kitchen was infested that night and also in the living room. And the door was never addressed! If you stay at this location, DO NOT STAY AT I4.
