Small but good
The water in the bathroom sink was very slow moving

The first impression was great since the nice woman at reception had arranged my booking so that it was possible to get the room earlier despite my very early arrival. The room was sufficiently spacious for me and my two luggage pieces (one big), which is not easy to find in Paris, and the bed was super comfortable. It has two nightstands, charging points near the bed and the AC (a must in August) worked perfectly. The bathroom was very big and modern, and everything looked very clean.
You can easily walk to for example Opera Garnier, Montmartre and Sacre Coeur, and Gard du Nord o de L'Est.
Nearby you can find many nice restaurants, cafes and bakeries, and it is in a nice neighbourhood (I felt safe there as a solo female traveler).

Location is good, quiet, but close to restaurants.
Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and air conditioner was working good
