Difficulty in finding the place and getting people contacted with English language barrier

Great location

The location was great very walkable and safe. We were able to book an extra night and they were very nice about it. The apartment manager replied quickly. There was a little bit of a language barrier when checking in but it was resolved by using What's app to speak to someone in English. All in all it was pretty good and I would stay again.

Uncomfortable beds and tiny shower with only little packets of shampoo and body wash.

A Happy Stay

Fantastic location, very close to the Catherdal. I liked that the apartment is down a side street, so there was no noise from traffic. We had a pleasant stay and slept well in the comfortable beds. The host responded quickly and communicated everything clearly. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Nice property with a lot of charm but a few issues

Excellent and helpful host, great property location, generally comfortable rooms.

Since the bedroom area doesn't have an A/C, there should be stand fans available. Also, our room had a hot tub in a grotto but it was not clean. There were cobwebs near the lamp and the bottom of the tub had hairs and dirt.

La ubicación es excelente para conocer Toledo. El apartamento está muy bien, cama cómoda, cocina bien equipada y todo limpio. La persona que nos recibió para darnos las llaves muy amable. Por si le sirve a alguien nosotros dejamos el coche en el parking Indigo Corralillo, que está a 8 min andando del apartamento y la experiencia ha sido muy buena.

Todo estaba muy bien. Si tuviera que poner un fallo simplemente que la bañera de hidromasajes no funcionaba bien (no se activaban los chorros). Pero todo lo demás perfecto. :)
