Very nice and comfortable apartments, with everything necessary. Great view to the sea and mountains. Beaches, stores, marine - everything is close by. Thanks to the great hosts, we really enjoyed our stay there.

I definitely RECOMMEND giving Apartment Viktoria a chance. Firstly, the people who welcome you are full of love, attentive, and always there for you. Even inside the apartment, you feel the warmth of home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and functional, especially if you're planning to stay for several nights. It's very close to Porto Montenegro, and parking is easily accessible! The staff regularly checks if everything is okay and if any assistance is needed. You can enjoy a beautiful view of both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. When we were leaving, we even received a gift 🥹. Overall, I recommend this place primarily because of the genuinely loving people.

Nice and clean apartment in a quiet area. Friendly and helpful hosts. Short walking distance to Porto Montenegro and Tivat city center. Nice beaches and good restaurants nearby in the Seljanovo area. We especially liked Big Ben, Ponta Veranda and Soul pizza studio.

Great apartment, we had everything we needed for longer stay. Clean and big apartment in nice and peacful place. Hosts were always there to help if we had some questions or requests. Parking space was reserved for us in front. We will come here again, 10000000%!

A great apartment in a quiet place with a big balcony and beautiful view. About 10 minutes walk from Porto Montenegro and Waikiki beach. Anatoly is a helpful host who met us in the airport and took us to the bus station after checkout.

Budget stay in Tivat

Clean, tidy, has everything you need in apartment :) Location is okay, you can take ~15-20min walk to Porto Montengro. And.. absolutely go to restaurant "Babi" next to the port. We went there 3 times!

No breakfast and there's really no view, which is not a problem for me, I just don't agree with the name of the room "Sea view" 😁

Birds sing on your balcony and the owners are super friendly

The apartment is spacious,sunny and well-equipped. There's everything you might need on your vacation. The large balcony overlooks greenery and, as the house is located in the quiet part of Tivat, you can hear the birds singing each time you're out. Although Victoria's house is not situated in the center of the town, it is easily accessible from the marina and the beach. The owners are loveable people, super friendly and caring. They do everything to make sure you're enjoying your stay. I'm sure I will stay at Victoria's apartment the next time I come to Montenegro. Thank you!!! :))) Maria

Great hospitality, the hosts are very nice and polite. The appartment was extremly clean and tidy with big terasse where you can watch the see. Highly reccomended place to be in Tivat.

Perfect stay in Tivat! Highly recommended

We are 100% satisfied with our holiday in Montenegro! It was mostly due to the fact that we chose apartment Victoria for our stay. Transfer from the airport: Anatoly met us at Podgorica airport (the transfer was not expensive, cheaper than a taxi). He told us interesting stories about the local culture and life. Also, the owner of the apartment showed us the main places to visit and the way to the beach. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy. Towels were changed every three days. The room was also cleaned quite often. The trash was taken out daily. Convenience: The room is very bright, with a huge balcony, a kitchen and everything you need. We were very comfortable, we never thought that something was missing. From time to time we cooked in the room and everything was enough for us. The balcony has a magical view of the mountains and the sea. Location: the apartments are about one km from the beach, which you have to be prepared for. It was not a problem for us since the way to the sea was quite pleasant and lovely. There are several stores, kiosks, cafes, and restaurants near the house, very convenient. Everything you need can be bought within walking distance of the house. Beach: We visited Ponta beach, there is an opportunity to rent a sunbed, 15 € for two sunbeds with an umbrella (starting from September 1, 10 €). The water in the sea was very clean and warm. The view from the beach is fantastic. The owners are a lovely, helpful family. They are very attentive and will help you with any problems! Thank you so much for your hospitality! We highly recommend staying in this place!

Nice and convenient stay, very relaxed.

Very centrally located, everything is available close by. It looks exactly like the pictures. Anatoly & Viktoria are wonderful people.

The road leading up to the property is a bit dodgy.

Perfect stay in Tivat

A very nice apartment in the heart of Tivat. The owner was very friendly and helpful, we had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Montenegro. I strongly recommend the apartment for everybody who wants a pleasant stay for a good price!

Perfect holiday accomodation

Everything was perfect, well beyond expectations. The hosts are really nice people. They picked me up from Tivat airport and dropped me back at the end. They showed me places to eat and how to get around. The apartment was sensational. It was so clean, tidy, and new. It has everything you may need like pots and pans, iron, hairdryer, even a washing machine! The bed is comfortable. The apartment is close to city centre, beach, and bus stop. I really enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend to other travellers. Thank you for a great holiday in Tivat, I will come back again!!

The apartment is just perfect!

The apartment is just perfect! Very cozy and well-planned. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable with beautiful linens. You feel so good in the apartment. Viktoria apartments definitely is the best where I've been ever lived. The hosts are very nice people, they picked me in the bus station and showed me all around. And always were happy to help. I had a remote work, and the Internet worked well enough. And apartments is well situated near the port where it was very cool to have an evening jogging routine.

Quality accommodation. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

It has been a wonderful experience. The owner and his spouse have been very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The room was exactly as it was on the photo - clean, spacious and in excellent condition - and the kitchen had all the necessary kitchenware, along with all the crockery and cutlery. The bathroom was spotless and in pristine condition. Everything was functioning. We came with our 1.5-year old son, and the owner not only had the child car seat in his car but also plenty of toys at the apartments that our son could borrow and play with. Moreover, the balcony was also rather nice, great for breakfast and afternoon tea, as well as for watching the sunset.

There is nothing negative I can say about Apartments Viktoria per se. Maybe just a minor comment about the surrounding infrastructure. While the accommodation itself was excellent, walking distance from the seaside and with enough shops and cafes around, the path leading up to the hotel was not the most convenient for a baby stroller. Hopefully, the local council will do something about that eventually. Otherwise, everything was great.

By far, one of the best accommodation we've ever stayed. Not only all the facilities are great, but Anatoli and Viktoria go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable, we felt like home away from home, would have loved to stayed longer ! we will come back, definitely, thank you so much!
