If you like quiet, this is a very good location away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy Sorrento historical center. It was nice to come back and be able to rest without having to hear noise. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff was very nice. It’s nice that they offer unlimited water that you can fill your water bottles with for the day, coffee machine and laundry machines at your disposal at all times as well.
Breakfast was a little repetitive and could use a little refresh - just constructive criticism.

Everything was excellent. The property was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything exceeded our expectations.

The location is great and we’d really recommend Marina Grande as an area to stay. It’s only a short walk from the centre but feels much quieter, with lots of gorgeous restaurants nearby and beautiful views of the sea and sunsets.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and we had a room with a little outdoor courtyard which was a lovely addition. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was nice.
Where we felt the hotel fell short was in the guest experience, it felt quite bare minimum for a hotel of this type. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, and the bathroom amenities consisted of a small tray with paper cups, a small packaged soap and a small shampoo. Once these were used, they weren’t replenished as part of the room clean, so you either need to buy your own or make them last for the duration of your stay.
Breakfast was also quite minimal. On our first morning, there were three members of staff standing in the breakfast area and, when we explained it was our first time and weren’t sure how everything worked, we were simply told “it’s self-service”. They were actually standing in front of some of what was available, so it was only once they moved away that we spotted things such as the toaster. It would have been helpful for them to either step aside so we could see what was there or give us a quick explanation of what was available, particularly as we’d said it was our first morning.
It’s also worth being aware that use of the spa comes at an additional cost of €100, which we hadn’t realised when booking and didn’t feel was clear from the listing.
