The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. We had a lovely short hike to tge waterfall, and afterwards had a relaxed time at the pool. (Reception provided swimming towels) We could keep snacks etc. in the bar fridge. The breakfast was good.
It would be a thoughtful idea to leave a little info sheet in each room to inform guests on things like where to find the keys to the gate to go to the waterfall (And that you can hike to the waterfall), that swimming towels are available and how the breakfast setup works, and any other little tid bits, as not everyone reads up on that kind of info before going to a place. That would just make the stay even more wonderful, and it was a very lovely weekend.

A beautiful view of the fall from the room or private balcony with all the necessities of a short stay.
There is nothing we did not like

Location was stunning and ao was the room.
I had to wait in my car in the sun for almost an hour after check in time since they 'missed' my reservation. The TV doesn't work and if you have any complaints or requests, be prepared for them to only reply well after you have left. And don't forget slippers, the floors were filthy
