Clean, spacious, and located in a great area. It was perfect for self-catering, and we stayed in the ground-floor family room, which was very convenient.
The host messaged us on the morning of our arrival with the location details, check-in information, and even sent a video of our room, which made everything very easy. She was friendly and welcoming, and we also received a thoughtful gift upon arrival.
Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it to others.
Overall, we had a good stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
Firstly, regarding safety and security, we felt that a security gate in front of the sliding door would have given us much greater peace of mind, especially while staying with young children.
Secondly, the main bed in the family room felt a little small for our family. We ended up moving one of the single beds next to the queen bed so that our children could sleep comfortably with us.
The bathroom also needs some attention. Neither the shower door nor the bathroom door closed properly. In addition, the hot water system was a little difficult to use. As the unit uses a gas geyser, the water would become very hot, but when we added cold water to adjust the temperature, the hot water would often cut out, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower.
The TV setup was another area where we felt an upgrade would improve the guest experience. After a long day of travelling, especially with children, we would have appreciated a Smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, or an app such as Watchlist Pro. The older DStv setup wasn't very convenient for us, as our children don't normally watch the available cartoon channels.
These are relatively small improvements that could make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. Despite these points, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the host's hospitality.

Location was good, please try to give options on Breakfast don't like an omelet at all. We just love the service of the lady who served us with breakfast she is the best.
Please try to change your brown headboard looks old and when you turned to other side.....it's hitting the wall which makes us uncomfortable.

So much empty space at least a couch will fit well in that room instead of two chairs..pillows are too hard...improve door security with burglar proof...an intruder can easily shake the door and unlock it and the entrance gate signage needs painting remember its the guest's first impression about the place .
