Location but there are many more other good hotels around this location
Room was very out dated very little amenities only 1 single seated sofa in a room, staffs were average and the worst part the restaurant olive restaurant very very bad services of staff the end time of dinner was at 10:30 pm and at 9:45 most of the food items were finished same with the breakfast also and the staff of restaurant worst services really they do not care about their guests.

We mainly picked the hotel for the location. DECC is close (basically the hotel is built into it), Metro is also close, easily accessible with car from 2 sides.
The staff is top tier, really. From the reception through the cleaning staff to the chefs, everyone is just superb.
This is the 2nd hotel we've been to in the middle east that didn't use some hardcore, smelly cleaning liquids but actually high grade, non smelling ones (what you'd expect in private clinics). The only other one was Shangri-La, Abu Dhabi in case anyone is wondering - and we've been to quite a few 5 star hotels..
Maybe the food variety? Can't really complain as they're still really good and they prepare lots, as in LOTS, of meals every single day. But... They could change it up a bit every now and then. They have different "days" (like seafood day etc) for dinner but the meals are just rotating every few days or so.

The space in the 2bed apartment was amazing and extra guest toilet was a bonus. We had 2 full bathrooms and the apartment was cleaned daily with a stack of water bottles refilled daily too! The ease of getting into the city mall to access shops and restaurants was great from the 2nd floor...no need to leave the building and go outside.
The lifts were confusing, different lifts for different floors. Sometimes the room key wouldn't tap in the lift straight away to make it move.
