Beautiful and clean. Hosts were amazing left us food and drinks for our arrival. Pool towels and house towels galore. It’s in a quiet location.near the airport. You can use your uber app so cheap. Locals so friendly you feel so safe no issues. Cavtat is just beautiful. We were a family of four two children 19 and 21. They went clubbing to dobrovink town loved it.
Pool was 🥶but that was the time of year we we went .

The property is very spacious has lots of different seating areas so everyone can chill outside together or on their own
Absolutely nothing. We stayed here for 2 weeks & had a wonderful holiday. The owners have thought of everything you need during your stay. Ranging from bathroom products, to laundry powder, dishwasher tablets to name a few. The kitchen was well stocked with every essential item supplied. My family consisting of 5 adults have been to many different countries over the years staying in villa Accomodation. From arrival the hospitality Marina & Marco the owners have shown us was superb. This villa has a supermarket which is only a 5 minute walk away which is reasonably priced & the bus stop a mere 7 minutes. One direction goes into Cavtat & only costs €1.60 & the opposite direction to Dubrovnik €4. It is walkable into Cavtat & would probably take 45-60 minutes but the heat & humidity would have made it unpleasant whilst we were here. When we return to Cavtat we will have no hesitation but to book here again. Thank you so much Marina & Marco.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Marina hat uns herzlichst empfangen. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren blitzsauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war perfekt, um die umliegenden Städte/Orte zu erkunden. Parkplatz gab es direkt vor der Unterkunft.
Besonders schön war die Außenanlage und der Pool.
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt!
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

The photos on Booking.com were very misleading!
They give an impression of a villa in a nice open space when in reality it is surrounded by apartment blocks and in the middle of a concrete jungle!
I'm sure the photos were taken when the property was new- but since then, there have been apartment blocks built on both sides of the villa and in the front of the villa blocking any possible views there may once have been!
This was very disappointing as we trusted the pictures on Booking.com when in reality it was in a very different setting.
We would not have booked this Villa if we had seen true pictures and feel strongly that the pictures should be updated to prevent this happening to future guests to avoid massive disappointment
It was also at least 3-4 miles away from Cavtat town and we had to get taxis into the town and back daily, costing 80kn each way, as it was in no way an easy walk -again this was a disappointment as we expected it to be closer
All in all -this was supposed to be a family holiday after the terrible pandemic-we wanted it to be special and in a special Villa which we chose from the pictures -I'm sorry to say it was completely ruined by the misleading photographs and feel we did not get the holiday we wanted.
