This was a very disappointing stay. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all — they simply did the bare minimum and made no effort to assist or make guests feel welcome.
The breakfast policy was particularly frustrating. On two occasions, I arrived just a few minutes after 10:00 AM and was refused breakfast, even though other guests were still eating and the kitchen was clearly still open. This felt rigid and unreasonable.
Service overall was poor — I was even served the wrong dish when ordering food, which shows a clear lack of attention.
The location is also inconvenient, far from the better beaches, requiring a scooter every time to go somewhere decent.
I will never come back, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
