Comfy room and bed, excellent breakfast, very convenient location, but still quiet

Location was good, close to restaurants, Caracalla spa and to 24h parking as the hotel's parking was full.
Room accessible only with stairs (no elevator). Sofa bed was dirty and not prepared by the room service before arrival.

Excellent location, within walking distance to both Caracalla and Freidrichsbad. Also close to town centre, with a safe underground parking. The room was double double-glazed (two sets of windows), so was very quiet even though was facing the main street.
The room was dated, with a mold smell coming from the bathroom. At two inch thick, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the heating was at the minimum acceptable...
