Beautiful view and facilities were all so comfortable. The setting was really nice and everything just worked. Staff were attentive and always ready to help, even buying me a highspeed rail ticket on their own account (as mine wasn’t working).

Outstanding staff in Executive Lounge. Took care of everything at both check in and check out.
Warm hosts when I was using the Executive Lounge.
Special mention of Serena and Daniel - who really did go out of their way to assist and make guests welcome.
It was a busy time with Canton fair, but nothing was a trouble for these very competent and professional staff
