I travelled to Sligo for Warriors Run and chose to stay in this little gem. Very central for Sligo Town and Strandhill, the little cottage is in an area of outstanding beauty, down the road from Slish Wood. It's tucked away off the beaten track and surrounded by untouched nature. It has a boho vibe. So if you want a cosy little hideaway in the woods book this place. It's a peaceful retreat and ideal to get away from it all.

Fantastic host and a very isolated and quiet little place
The bedroom is up at the top of a pretty difficult ladder type stairs so people need to be aware of this

Declan is an extremely friendly host who gave us lots of hints of things to do. We followed quite some and had a great time in and around Sligo.
The house itself we would not come back to. For us the low level of comfort and hygiene are the main determining factors.
