Die Lage des Zimmers ->Zentral Aussicht und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer Die Terrasse ist gross und man hat eine gute Aussicht zur Strandpromenade

-Die Zimmer sind eher klein und die Einrichtung minimistisch und in die Jahre gekommen. -Duschkabine ist eng und die Schiebetüren lassen sich nicht weit genug öffnen -den Unterlagen hiess es, es habe eine MiniBar --> es hatte nur einen leeren MiniKühlschrank -Unten(im selben Haus) hat es eine Café-Bar --> einerseits praktisch, da kein Frühstück zu den Zimmern serviert wird, andererseits, ist es sehr laut, da sich einige Stammgäste jeden morgen bereits um 06h vor dem Café-Bar versammeln und dementsprechend laut reden, diskutieren und lachen, dass man als Gast im Bett dann spätestens wach wird (obwohl das Café erst um ca. 06.45h öffnet) -Die Terrasse, die zum Zimmer gehört, ist sehr schön und recht gross, jedoch fehlt definitiv entweder Sonnenstoren oder Sonnenschirme, da es in der Sonne sitzend zu heiss ist. Des weiteren fehlt ein Wäscheständer, wo man die Badesachen (vom Strand kommend) aufhängen kann -TV ist zu klein Das Personal im Café-Bar ist eher unfreundlich

Terrible communication with the property. I reached out to them several times via booking. com to waive fee due to not being able to make it to Brindisi, they never replied. I called and tried to explain in Spanish and the lady pretended not to understand and hung up on me. Do not book, a disappointment

I spent 2 nights then I extended for another 3 nights, total nights. Great staff with super great location, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean and spacious. It's a perfect place for holiday season on the beach, near to the beach and you have café in the ground floor, and minmarket as well. They have a nice side walk on the beach that gets busy at night. Great location, I recommend it, and I would come back again.

Acommodation even preceded our expectations. Owner very helpful. We had rooms not appartment, but very clean and well equipped. Sea view from the balcony. Free parking is also vailable.

The location is great right in front of the beach and we enjoyed the breakfast brioches - very fresh and tasty.

The shower cubicle was too small

Perfect location - just few steps to sandy and free beach. Room with view over the seaside and nice promenade. Great place for vacation if you are a sunbath lover. Nice staff.
