the villas were well maintained. Neat and clean with all the facilities.
The road to villa is through short canal. like only buggy and scooty can go there.

The service was impeccable. Location beautiful. A little out of the craziness but the Temuku shuttle makes access easy. Beautiful lush gardens. Jungle room was super quiet.

Location was ok due to staff assistance and bus service which was excellent.
Drinking Water in bathroom was fantastic. Staff very friendly, we had a medical emergency and staff handle it well.
Sometimes breakfast potatoes and sausage were cold.
Restaurant menu was not that great.
Bathroom stones for shower were very slippery.
Toilet seat had cigarette burn on it.
Staff could do with training in restaurant service.
