Breakfast was very good.We ordered off the menu. We had dinner at Cafe Artists. Service was excellent, food not so good. My filet was strange. For the price I should have had a nice piece of meat.

The resort is large and beautifully designed, offering a relaxing and open atmosphere.
Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
Although there are many pools, the main one with the best ocean view was extremely crowded — it felt more like “half people, half water,” so it wasn’t ideal for relaxation.
Room amenities and items like cups were not refilled properly; I had to call to request them, and even then, I needed to follow up again before they were delivered.
One of the amenities provided had already passed its expiration date.
The resort is quite isolated, so you’ll need to take an Uber or taxi to go anywhere outside (though this is typical for the area).
Overall, the experience felt just slightly below expectations in small details.
My room was listed as “ocean view,” but it was actually more of a side ocean view.

Everyone was very friendly and the architecture is stunning. The staff all worked very hard and were very kind and respectful.
The tv was hard to see from the bed and the app to cast to the tv didn’t work. The room had a strange wet/gassy smell when we arrived they had to come fix something with the drain. The first day the green juice was awesome everyday it tasted more and more like plain orange juice. The food our first night at nak was great but the subsequent meals at the bar restaurant and breakfasts got worse everyday. The sushi bar/cocktail lounge was one of the worst meals of our life. The sushi rice was super vinegary and the fish tasted like fishy mushy previously frozen mealy fish. The pool had several chipped tile and there were not enough umbrellas for everyone. Furthermore the umbrellas didn’t provide any real sun protection and despite being under the umbrellas with sunscreen on we got burned. Our last day the water went out and we couldn’t take a shower before we left for the airport.
