Fabulous time in Cabos

It was ok, just not the level of luxury I previously associated with JW Marriot.

Everyone was very friendly and the architecture is stunning. The staff all worked very hard and were very kind and respectful.

The tv was hard to see from the bed and the app to cast to the tv didn’t work. The room had a strange wet/gassy smell when we arrived they had to come fix something with the drain. The first day the green juice was awesome everyday it tasted more and more like plain orange juice. The food our first night at nak was great but the subsequent meals at the bar restaurant and breakfasts got worse everyday. The sushi bar/cocktail lounge was one of the worst meals of our life. The sushi rice was super vinegary and the fish tasted like fishy mushy previously frozen mealy fish. The pool had several chipped tile and there were not enough umbrellas for everyone. Furthermore the umbrellas didn’t provide any real sun protection and despite being under the umbrellas with sunscreen on we got burned. Our last day the water went out and we couldn’t take a shower before we left for the airport.

nice hotel but not worth the price, staff doesn’t really care (specially if you are not from USA :))

Service: 1. door were broken in my room 2. Pool service quite poor (ordered meals and drinks never delivered) View: paid an extra fee for ocean view, but had to go out to balcony to see it

A few minor issues but a wonderful stay and wonderful people

The staff was so friendly the property is clean the food is delicious.

We had several things broken in our room that we called three times and were never fixed despite repeated requests. Also the maids would forget to replace cups when cleaning the room.

Great property. Needs some repairs.

The property was super beautiful overall with amazing views and very nice rooms. The pool set up was one of the best I have seen at a nice resort and there was ample space no matter what your age was.

The pool tiles were popping up all over the bottom which we were picking up with our feet. Someone desperately needs to re-tile the adult pool and the cool pool. Also, there wasn’t really a cool pool. It was the same temp as all the rest of them. The check in process took a looooooong time.

Crowded but nice facilities. Unsure if I’d stay again

Clean , very nice rooms. Entrance view v nice. Excellent staff.

Too many kids and families. Crowded w too many people. No swimming beach. Not many food options and expensive . Was in a room by pool which was noisy.

Exceptional

The food was excellent. The resort is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing. We had a great time.

I would have like to have known about the deposit requirements prior to my stay. But maybe I missed that somewhere in the details.

Amazing!

The hotel is gorgeous, the food is fantastic and the staff just amazing! Everyone was making sure your needs were fulfill and that you felt like happy and relaxed. Mariana, Rodrigo, Miguel, Sara, Tadeo and Abel, are just Fantastic!!!!!

Not sure why, but it was impossible to reach he front desk; they never picked up the phone so it was annoying that we needed to walk all the way there to request something or ask a question, and once you got there, you see 3 or 4 people just sitting there. The other one is that prices at the spa are extremely high, even higher than some US spas. They charge like USD 70.00 for a basic manicure and their massages were super expensive too.

Great resort- we’ll be back!!!!

This is a gorgeous property in a great location it was quiet and romantic and well-kept we will definitely come back!

Two areas of improvement are: the in room coffee ...I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide in room coffee. We received a few Nespresso pods to start our vacation but when we ran out were told they’re two dollars a pod thereafter. Since the ice machines were down we had to request ice every time we wanted it and it was at least 30 minutes wait every time. Otherwise everything was fantastic !
