Access room and facilities were excellent. Location was perfect for our Minack theatre trip. Had everything we needed for a one night stay

The bathroom needed some TLC. Both the sink and shower plug holes were quite blocked .goid value for money. Room and facilities But bathroom needed some TLC.

The room layout was good and the balcony/private garden. Kitchen was well-equipped.

The room wasn't clean. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere especially around the dirty windows. A spider crawled on my arm at night and woke me up! Beds were damp. Pillows were old and yellow stained. Bedroom window frame was loose and I was afraid to open window in case the whole frame and glass fell out! Rotten timbers. The apartment was musty and smelt of damp when we entered. There was no liquid soap. The crockery was dirty with cemented-on cereal on bowls and coffee/tea stains on mugs. We could not get into the key safe - had to ask the pub staff who said try code 0408 instead of 0409. The tiles on the veranda were loose/wobbly. The mastic around the ensuite sink was black in places. The whole place needs a serious upgrade and wasn't worth the money paid.
